Refund Policy
In the case of cancellation of an event or tournament, participants must contact the organizer directly. Refunds, excluding platform fees, up to the full amount paid will be arranged by the organizer. Sportigig is not responsible for processing any refunds directly. In case of cancellation, settlement from our side to the organizer will be done within 3 to 5 working days. Participants should contact the organizer for refunds.
Participation in the event is at the player's own risk and responsibility. Neither Sportigig nor our company will be liable for any legal or financial issues arising from any mishap or otherwise. Sportigig serves solely as a platform to connect tournament organizers with participants and is not liable for any offline activities conducted by the tournament organizer.
